RADAR is a Singapore-based non-profit strengthening the film ecosystem for filmmakers, programmers, and critics across Southeast Asia.
How films move through festivals and distribution is rarely taught and often learned by chance, and the knowledge to navigate it tends to stay with those who already have access. We work towards making it shared and open: mapping festival and screening opportunities, connecting emerging talent with programmers worldwide, and funding the travel that helps them reach the next stage of their work
